Job Summary:

Quality Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain
quality standards
across production processes.
Ensure
compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO
and other regulatory norms.
Conduct routine
in-process quality checks
, final product sampling, and documentation.
Investigate customer complaints and implement
corrective/preventive actions
.
Coordinate with the production team for
quality assurance during raw material handling, processing, and packaging
.
Maintain
records, logs, and batch-wise reports
for traceability and audits.
Conduct
internal audits, GMP checks
, and hygiene inspections.
Assist in
training staff
on quality control procedures and food safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
.
1–3 years of experience
in a food processing unit (preferably frozen foods).
Strong knowledge of
FSSAI norms
, HACCP principles, and food safety regulations.
Familiarity with
lab testing methods
, microbiological parameters, and packaging quality.
Proficient in
reporting, documentation, and MS Office tools
.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidates:

Experience in
frozen food products
such as burger patties, spring rolls, momos, etc.
Candidates from
Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, or nearby areas
