Job Description: Sales Coordinator Position Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Nashik Department: Sales and Marketing Reports to: Sales Manager Job Overview: The Sales Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth coordination of the sales process. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and the timely delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to handle various aspects of the sales process efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Support: o Assist the sales team with the preparation and execution of sales strategies. o Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations to clients. o Maintain customer databases and sales records, updating regularly for accuracy. o Follow up with potential clients and track leads to ensure opportunities are maximized. o Support the team with preparing sales reports, presentations, o Handle Indiamart account Enquiries, Quotation & Follow-up.. 2. Sales Coordination: o Communicate effectively with both internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support, logistics) and external customers to ensure seamless execution of sales. o Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects and clients. o Process sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation, proper order fulfilment, and timely delivery. o Resolve customer complaints, issues by liaising with the relevant department for quick solutions. o 3. Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. o Address customer queries regarding product details, pricing, delivery times, and other related concerns. o Work with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support. 4. Sales Administration: o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales transactions, and other related documents. o Update and manage sales reports, tracking sales activities, forecasts, and revenue generation. o Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documents necessary for the closing of sales. o Prepare and distribute regular updates and status reports to management on sales performance. o 5. Collaboration with Other Departments: o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that promotional campaigns align with sales targets and market needs. o Coordinate with the logistics team to track the status of orders and delivery schedules. o Work closely with the finance department to process invoices and payment collections for completed sales. Skills and Qualifications: Education: o Bachelor's degree in any stream. o Any relevant certifications in sales or customer relationship management are a plus. Experience: o Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a sales or sales coordination role. o Proven track record in sales support, client coordination.. o Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting software. o Fresher Also Can Apply ¢ ¢ Skills: o Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). o Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. o Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. o Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client issues effectively. o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. 3. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues. 5. Attention to detail: High attention to detail to ensure accurate inspection and testing results. 6. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with production team, management, and external stakeholders. 7. Technical skills: Proficiency in quality control software, such as statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
