-Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures
-Ensure quality is maintained throughout the entire design and manufacturing process
-Carry out regular inspections and monitoring activities across all footwear .
-Evaluate suppliers and ensure materials and products meet desired quality standards.
-Perform root cause analysis and work with corrective actions to effectively prevent any future quality issues
-Stay up to date with changing trends and developments in quality control and monitor customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
-Implement continuous improvement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
-Provide feedback and training to staff in order to ensure consistency and accuracy in quality control.
Certification from FDDI would be plus.
