Quality Executive

As a Quality Executive with 3-4 years of experience in the food processing industry, your role will involve ensuring product quality through lab testing, in-process quality checks, and compliance with food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct lab tests such as moisture content, ash content, and fat analysis. - Operate and calibrate instruments for quality checks. - Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all quality checks. - Ensure adherence to FSSAI guidelines, GMP, and hygiene standards. - Collaborate with the production team to maintain product consistency. - Support internal audits and third-party inspections. Qualifications Required: - B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in the food manufacturing sector. - Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, HACCP, and quality systems. - Proficiency in lab testing and analytical techniques. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will work full-time in a day shift at the Faridabad, Haryana location. Reliable commuting or willingness to relocate before starting work is required. You should have at least 3 years of experience in the food industry to be considered for this position.,
