Quality Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Inspect and verify raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products for quality compliance.

· Conduct dimensional inspection and testing of injection molding machine components.

· Monitor and implement ISO, QA procedures, and quality control plans across the production line.

· Identify non-conformities, generate NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and ensure CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) implementation.

· Maintain quality inspection records, calibration reports, and documentation as per standards.

· Collaborate with design, production, and assembly teams to resolve quality issues.

· Support customer complaint analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective action closure.

· Conduct internal quality audits and assist in external audits.

· Ensure all measuring instruments are properly calibrated and traceable.

· Train operators, assembly, and shop floor teams on quality awareness and SOPs.

· Work on continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and rejection costs.

· Provide technical support to suppliers for incoming material quality and inspection standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance practices in manufacturing.

· Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM, etc.).

· Familiar with ISO standards, 7QC tools, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.

· Problem-solving, root cause analysis, and documentation skills.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

· Good communication and team collaboration skills.

· Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

Pay: ₹10,293.76 - ₹25,000.00 per month
