15 years full time educationSummary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will engage in the design and development of intricate quality engineering strategies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to architect quality approaches and enhancements, defining testing scopes for complex projects, and participating in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality. You will also be responsible for developing effective automation solutions, leveraging your expertise in testing tools and frameworks to drive quality improvements across multiple groups. Roles & Responsibilities: - Designing and deploying automation framework for automotive IVI platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test automation goals, timelines, and key deliverables for test automation projects. - Should be well aware about defect management, version control, test management and Software Test lifecycle management. - Conduct feasibility studies and assess technical risks to inform decision-making. - Work with cross-functional teams of software engineers, system architects, and quality assurance specialists to drive the implementation of software solutions. Technical Experience: - 8+ years of experience in Automotive Testing and test automation. - Experience in system validation within an Agile/Scrum environment. - Expertise in Python programming, including test automation frameworks such as Slash, Robot Framework, or similar. - Design and develop Python scripts to process and analyze CAN bus logs generated from instrumented vehicle tests. - Experience working with Apium interfacing, ADB shell interface, ssh connectivity using Python - Experience with test management tools (e.g., Test Rail), version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub), issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), CI environment (e.g., Jenkins), and Corporate Wiki (e.g., Confluence). - Strong knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, TestStand, Python-based frameworks). - Knowledge of In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems and related technologies like Navigation, CAN, Diagnostic, Voice, Tuner, Media etc. - Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet. - Experience collaborating with development teams and stakeholders. - Ability to communicate effectively, document processes, and work in an Agile environment. - Proactive approach to improving system performance, reliability, and automation. Educational Qualification: -Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
