Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in the production process.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process.
Develop and maintain quality management systems to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
Strong understanding of quality control procedures and processes.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to aerospace and defense.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
