Job Description

Responsibilities;

Develop and implement quality control systems:
Design and create quality control processes, testing procedures, and inspection criteria to ensure products and processes meet required standards.
Monitor and inspect:
Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, equipment, materials, and finished products to identify deviations.
Analyze data and root cause analysis:
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, troubleshoot problems, and determine the root cause of defects.Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Collaborate with teams:
Work with design, production, engineering, and management teams to address quality issues, integrate quality into the product lifecycle, and ensure smooth operation.
Supplier quality management:
Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet the organization's quality specifications.
Documentation and reporting:
Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and quality metrics.Prepare and present quality reports to management and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance:
Stay up-to-date with and ensure that products and processes meet all relevant industry, legal, and safety standards.
Training and support:
Train other employees on quality control standards, processes, and best practices.
