Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. Knowledge of Form work/ Sheet metal, permanent Structure / heavy fabrication industry. 2. Knowledge of fabrication processes & machining process. 3. Welding Knowledge w.r.t. AWS D1.1 & AWS A2.4 4. Knowledge of various Codes like IS 7215/ IS 9595/ AWS D1.1/ ASME Sec IX/ ASME Sec V, IS 2062/ IS4923/ IS 1161/ EN Codes/ IS 800/ IS 1852/IS 816 / etc. 5. NDE level II certification in DPT/MP/RT/UT. 6. handle Customers & TPI like TUV/ L&T/ Tata etc. 7. Knowledge of QMS system is essential. 8. CAPA/ RCA/KAIZEN knowledge essential. Preferred candidate profile: Familiarity with formwork, sheet metal, permanent structures, and heavy fabrication processes. Strong understanding of fabrication and machining techniques. Working knowledge of welding procedures and standards, especially AWS D1.1 and AWS A2.4.
