Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. To analyse customer related complaints carefully and do appropriate analysis of the same 2. Reply to customer (in consultation with Senior) in appropriate formats like 8D or CAPA 3. Timely reply to customer queries related to open issues or unclised complaints 4. Coordination with required depts or functions to close a customer concern or complaint 5. Conducting pre-audits as per customer requirements (individually or in a contributor role) 6. Acting as a single point of contact between company and customer. 7. Escalating unresolved issues or complaints to Seniors 8. Be a part of CFT as and when required 9. Be a team member of CQA reviews 10. CQA monthly performance address to DGM QA. 11.Leading the internal/external audit and ensuring timely closer of NCR.
