Expertise in Problem Solving Techniques like 7QC Tools, Audits, Why-Why analysis. • Proficient in analysing Processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing techniques for reduction of rejection level, rework and consumption of resources. • Awareness of PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP, SOP, PFD, 8D, SAP. • Conversant with Poka-yoke & Kaizen implementation. • Expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier calliper, micrometre, Height gauge, filler gauge, Profile projector, lux meter, Melt flow index, Pin gauge, Dust count meter, Temperature Traveling Record(TTR), STEP Test, Microprosity Test, Plating Thickness, Cass Chamber, Impact tester, Adhesive test (Cross cut test), Checking fixture measurement, Flush gauge, Water bath tab, Thermal Test, Environment chambers. Role & responsibilities Project Kick Off / Project Co-ordination. • RFQ study received fromthecustomer. • Project Planning withAgile methodologies & APQP methodologies. • ScrumMeeting and weekly project review meeting with cross-functional team(CFT). • Product Costing. • To maintain the approval budget amount during development stages. • Drawing and customer requirement Study with CFT. • Project Planning and Scheduling and Involvement in documentation APQP, PPAP, and PFMEA. • Framing of RFQ, comparing Vendors, and finalization of Vendors for the new product development. • Initial layout study for discussion with customer & internal team. • Responsiblefor modification and improvement online. • Follow-up fromthesupplier regarding newly developed manufacturing child parts. • Visited supplier for parts manufacturing status. • Responsible for handling cross-functional teams. • Responsible for process parameters validation. • Responsible for handing over theproject to production. • Involve in audits (IATF16949:2016 and Customer System and Process Audits)
