Job type- Full time location- Rai , Haryana Shift- Day shift FRESHER ARE WELCOMED We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Electrical Testing Lab as a Quality Executive . The candidate should have basic knowledge of quality standards and improvement tools such as Kaizen , and a willingness to learn and grow in a quality-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in quality inspection of electrical products during testing. Support the testing team in ensuring compliance with IS, NABL, and ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Help in maintaining proper documentation of test results, reports, and inspection records. Observe and learn to identify non-conformities and assist in corrective actions. Participate in internal audits and understand NABL documentation requirements. Learn and apply Kaizen and 5S practices in day-to-day lab activities. Support calibration and maintenance schedules for lab equipment. Coordinate with team members for smooth execution of quality-related activities. Eligibility Criteria: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or related discipline (Freshers welcome). Basic understanding of quality concepts and testing procedures. Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S , and basic quality tools (preferred). Familiarity with standards such as IS, IEC, NABL, ISO/IEC 17025( training will be provided). Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
