Job Title: Quality Engineer
Industry: Automotive Ancillary (Sheet Metal & Tubular Welding)
Location: Satara MIDC, Maharashtra
Job Summary:
Ensure quality compliance of sheet metal & welded assemblies for 2W/3W/4W OEMs as per IATF 16949, ISO 9001 & customer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Implement QC systems (APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
✔ Conduct raw material/in-process/final inspections (CMM, weld tests)
✔ Lead root cause analysis (5Why, 8D) & CAPA
✔ Handle customer audits & supplier quality
✔ Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
Requirements:
- BE/BTech (Mech/Auto) or Diploma with 3+ yrs exp
- ISO 9001 knowledge, welding inspection skills
- Proficiency in QC tools, MS Office
- Good Communication Skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,244.70 - ₹35,592.94 per month
