Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer for our client place based at Neemrana, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality control & assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Study and Understand Engineering Drawing of Components.
• Knoowledge of Geometrical Tolerances.
• Hand on Inspection and Measuring Equipment. - Micrometer, Vernier, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, VMM, Roughness Tester etc.
• Understanding of Sampling Plan as per AQL.
• Communication - Writing e-mails to supplier and should be capable of understanding and communicating the technical issues.
• Understanding of MTC of raw materials as Plastics, Steel, Rubber, Aluminum etc.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis using an 8-D approach and 7 QC Tools.
• Preparation of MIS of IQC.
• Should Understand Mechanism of Supplier Evaluation and Rating.
• Should be able to conduct supplier audit and understand the requirements of PPAP documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 2+ years' of industry experience
• Strong knowledge of quality (Incoming Inspection).
• Good hand on experience on instrumentation.
• Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
