Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Quality Engineer

to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a passion for quality management and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 9 years of experience in quality engineering, with a strong focus on internal audits, quality control, and quality management systems. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and ensure product quality throughout the production process.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.
Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address quality issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality engineering methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
5 to 9 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality control methodologies.
Experience with internal audits and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in quality engineering tools and software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This position is based in Ahmedabad and requires on-site work during regular day hours.
