Quality Engineer

1.1 Review of supplier test report / certificate against drawings / specifications for all raw material.

1.2 Inspection of Semi-finished, finished, outsourced incoming material.

1.3 Tagging (accepted, rework, rejected) on QC approved materials.

1.4 Communication to purchase, vendors, stores, planning about the quality status of the material.

1.5 Raising of non-conformance report in case of any quality related issues.

1.6 Conducting in process inspection of materials as per drawing and updating and reporting the status.

1.7 Emailing to purchase department and vendor in case of any quality issues and sending non-conformance report.

1.8 Conducting final inspection and preparation of final inspection report.

1.9 Ensure ISO Related work is done effectively. Example - To Prepare Documents, Check Sheet, Reports.

1.10 To put entry into the ERP for the job cards raised for QC approval.

1.11 To raise deviation report after consulting Quality Manager.

1.12 Maintaining Quality Report files.

1.13 Establishing and Implementing SOPs within the department.

1.14 Preparation of monthly MIS / KRA sheet to the management

1.15 Maintaining and improving departmental safety and 5S.

1.16 Develop and implement quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures.

1.17 Monitor and audit all processes that impact quality, identifying and addressing potential issues.

1.18 Collecting and reviewing quality data to identify further scope of improvement in processes and product.

1.19 Manage and motivate a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and training.

1.20 Communication with various departments, vendors, management to ensure quality is maintained effectively and efficiently throughout the supply chain.

1.21 Ensure product quality standards w.r.t legal or statutory requirements are met and in alignment with regulatory requirement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
