You are needed as a programmer, setter, and operator for CNC Lathe and VMC machines. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating CNC Lathe and VMC machines efficiently. As part of the benefits package, you will be provided with health insurance. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts, and a yearly bonus will also be offered based on performance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum educational qualification of Secondary (10th Pass). Prior experience of 1 year as a CNC Setter and Programmer is preferred. Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) . Assist in first article inspection (FAI) and PPAP documentation. 3. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving Investigate defects and process deviations . Apply problem-solving tools like 5 Whys , Ishikawa (Fishbone) diagrams , FMEA , etc. Lead or support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) . 4. Process Improvement Monitor process capability (Cp, Cpk) . Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Conduct internal audits and support external audits. 5. Calibration & Equipment Validation Ensure all measuring equipment is regularly calibrated . Validate new instruments or equipment before use. 6. Training & Communication Train production staff on quality procedures and inspection techniques . Act as a bridge between engineering, production, and quality departments .
