1. A candidate should have min. 4 years of experience in in Vehicle Assembly
2. Independently perform Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for assembly processes.
3. Develop and implement mistake proofing solutions to enhance process reliability.
4. Apply basic data analysis techniques such as Pareto charts, histograms, pie/bar charts and control plans to support decision-making.
5. In-depth knowledge of vehicle assembly processes.
6. Conduct thorough root cause analysis to resolve process issues and improve quality.
7. Experience with construction equipment (e.g. excavators) is added advantage.
Proficient in 3D CAD modeling tools as user (e.g., Creo).
8. Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
