Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in testing modern web applications, particularly those built with React and Next.js. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in API testing (REST and GraphQL), responsive design validation, accessibility compliance, and Agile methodologies. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities:

Test React/Next.js component-based UIs with a focus on state management and lifecycle behavior.
Conduct comprehensive API testing (GraphQL/REST), including auth and performance checks.
Perform cross-browser and responsive design testing.
Validate accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA).
Use bug tracking (Jira, Asana) and test management tools (Zephyr, TestRail, qTest).
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning.
Communicate testing outcomes and issues clearly to stakeholders.
Ensure web security standards (OWASP, GDPR, CCPA) are met.

Nice to Have:

Test automation with Cypress, Playwright, Jest, React Testing Library.
Experience with Drupal (headless/decoupled) and JSON:API.
Knowledge of CMS workflows and publishing processes.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Performance testing (Lighthouse, WebPageTest, JMeter, K6).
Digital analytics validation (GA, Adobe Analytics, GTM).
Exposure to AWS, Acquia Cloud, Docker, and monitoring tools (New Relic, DataDog, Sentry).

Engagement Model:

Attend daily remote stand-ups.
Contribute to QA planning during sprints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
