Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain quality management systems
• Conduct in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components.
• Prepare and review quality documents such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and control plans.
• Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Lean practices).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Knowledge of quality tools (SPC, MSA, 7QC tools).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
