Job Title: Quality Department – Multiple Levels (0 to 15 Years Experience) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹20 LPA (based on experience and qualifications) About the Role: We are hiring dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our Quality Department across multiple levels—from freshers to experienced professionals with up to 15 years of expertise. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across departments. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities will vary by experience level, and may include: For Entry-Level (0–3 years): Assist in quality audits and inspections. Maintain documentation for quality standards. Support senior team members in day-to-day quality assurance activities. Learn and follow SOPs, ISO standards, and industry best practices. For Mid-Level (3–8 years): Conduct internal and external quality audits. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions. Interact with suppliers and customers on quality issues. Develop and implement quality control procedures and metrics. Handle NCRs, CAPAs, and deviation management. For Senior-Level (8–15 years): Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) function. Oversee quality systems and regulatory compliance (ISO, GMP, Six Sigma, etc.). Drive process improvements and strategic quality initiatives. Mentor and lead a team of quality professionals. Interface with top management on quality performance and improvement plans. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485, etc.), Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen, Lean tools, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Experience in tools like SAP, Minitab, or other quality software is a plus.
