We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our team and ensure our products consistently meet the regulatory and quality expectations of both national and international markets. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality checks on raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished goods as per FSSAI, GMP, and internal specifications. Perform chemical and physical tests to evaluate product safety, consistency, and compliance. Maintain and review test records, COAs, calibration logs, and SOPs in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Monitor and ensure adherence to GMP, FDA, HACCP, and ISO 22000 quality systems. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformance or deviations. Coordinate with R&D, production, and QA teams for new product validations, process improvements , and batch release decisions. Ensure proper calibration and functioning of laboratory instruments and cleanliness of QC lab. Stay updated with FSSAI guidelines and Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia . Key Skills Required Sound knowledge of FSSAI regulations, Ayurvedic quality norms, and ISO/GMP documentation . Experience with lab testing instruments (pH Meter, Gravity, Moisture Analyzer, Ash etc.). Excellent analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple product lines (Ayurvedic, nutraceuticals). Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
