Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes and a proven track record in maintaining high standards of product quality.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.
Train and mentor team members on quality control practices and standards.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
5-15 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality inspection techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
