Role & responsibilities Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, supply chain, and safety. Ensure that production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM). Lead, coach, and manage plant staff, including department managers, supervisors, and workers. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and legal requirements. Monitor and control budgets, costs, and KPIs to achieve financial and operational goals. Coordinate with other departments such as Sales, R&D, Procurement, and HR to ensure alignment and operational support. Drive a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and innovation. Handle audits, inspections, and certifications (ISO, EHS, etc.). Maintain equipment, infrastructure, and processes to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control professional, located in Hubli. The Quality Control professional will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards. Daily tasks include performing quality assurance procedures, implementing quality management systems, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conducting quality audits. The individual will work closely with the production team to identify any deviations from quality standards and take corrective actions as needed. Qualifications Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality auditing techniques Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and ensure compliance with quality standards Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Key Roles & Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system. Prepare and review invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per deadlines. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors. Maintain vendor and customer account ledgers. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and government regulations.
