Job Description

As a QA Manager at Integra, you will be responsible for managing QA Analysts and ensuring the quality of processes meets the set metrics. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand and fulfill their quality requirements, as well as working with underperforming team members to enhance their quality levels through coaching and re-coaching sessions. Additionally, you will play a key role in providing process training to new recruits across various processes and developing innovative training sessions and Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) to facilitate engaging learning experiences.
