HR Recruiter

As a full-time Recruiter at Integra Global Solutions Corp in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for evaluating applicants based on job requirements and qualifications. You will source and attract candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and assess their knowledge, skills, and experience. To excel in this position, we are looking for a candidate who is a graduate with 1.5-3 years of experience in IT / ITES recruitment. You should have proven work experience in managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously, conducting various types of interviews, and be familiar with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills are essential for this role.
