Quality Control Executive

As a Quality Management professional at Pillar Chemicals Private Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to conduct quality testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. In case of any abnormalities, it is crucial to report to the department in charge promptly. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all instruments in the laboratory are well-maintained and notifying the department in charge of any irregularities. Moreover, you will need to guarantee that all batches are tested in accordance with the specified procedures. Upon the approval of finished goods batches, it is essential to release the Quality certificate, panels, and samples from Quality Control. You must also verify the availability of specifications for all raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods and maintain the required inventory level of laboratory chemicals, promptly reporting any shortages to the department in charge. In terms of Customer Management, you will be required to provide technical support to the line whenever necessary. Additionally, you will play a key role in Cost Optimization by identifying cost-saving projects to minimize operational costs and ensuring that batch cycle times are optimized by implementing effective procedures. Furthermore, as part of Training and Development initiatives, you will be responsible for training your subordinates to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of Quality Management. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Additionally, being self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of working independently are essential qualities for success in this position.
