Quality Control Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished products using HPLC, UV-Vis, and other instruments
• Perform instrument calibration, verification, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure accurate results and minimal downtime
• Execute stability testing, assay, dissolution, and related studies while adhering to GLP, GDP, cGMP, and SOPs
• Record test data, prepare reports, investigate OOS/OOT results, and support audits or regulatory compliance activities
• Review specifications, update working standards, and coordinate with production or engineering for line clearances and quality improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

B. Pharma or M.Pharma graduate with 2-4 years hands-on experience in pharmaceutical QC, specializing in HPLC/UV analysis of formulations. Proficient in GMP/GLP compliance, data interpretation, and troubleshooting instruments; strong analytical skills and familiarity with ICH guidelines preferred. Detail-oriented team player ready for stability studies and audits in a fast-paced generic manufacturing setup
