Candidate must have expereince in Stainless Steel Piping / Seamless Pipes & Tubes Industry.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards. ASME/ASTM codes, ISO systems.Experience in coodinating with third-party inspection agencies (TPIA).Hands-on expertise in quality documentation, audits, and process validation.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC systems across manufacturing processes2. Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, ISO, and customer-specific requirements3. Supervise and guide the QA/QC team in inspections, testing, and documentation.4. Coordinate with third-party inspections agencies for approvals, certifications, and audits.5. Maitain calibration records of instruments and testing equipments,.6. Ensure traceability, quality reports, and NCR (Non-Conformance Report) closure.7. Drive continual improvements in product quality and process efficiency.8. Liaise with production, maintenance, and management for quality issue resolutions.9. level II required
