Job Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Quality Control Engineer/Supervisor with hands-on experience in the lighting decor industry, who can lead and implement quality processes on the factory floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining production standards, overseeing quality checks, reducing defects, and ensuring customer satisfaction through flawless products. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and inspect the production processes to ensure product quality aligns with set standards. Implement quality assurance protocols specific to lighting decor products like chandeliers and fancy lights. Conduct incoming raw material inspection and ensure vendor compliance. Perform in-process and final product inspections. Prepare and maintain detailed reports of defects, rejections, and corrective measures. Train the shop floor team on quality standards and best practices. Coordinate with the production team to minimize wastage and rework. Identify quality issues and suggest continuous improvement strategies. Handle customer complaints and initiate root cause analysis (RCA). Maintain all documentation as per ISO/QC standards. Key Requirements: Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in production quality control in the lighting decor or electrical fittings industry. Knowledge of lighting components, assembly processes, and electrical testing. Strong understanding of quality tools (like 7 QC tools, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, etc.). Good communication and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
