Role Overview:

detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections of materials, fabrication work and finished components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

• Implement QA/QC procedures and testing plans, including inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements and quality checklists.

• Document non-conformances, generate inspection reports and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure adherence to relevant standards (e.g., IS, ASTM, ISO 9001) and project specifications.

• Collaborate with project teams, production, fabrication and site engineers to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

• Support internal and external quality audits and maintain accurate quality documentation.

• Monitor and follow up on corrective actions, reporting progress to Quality Manager / Project Lead.

Who We’re Looking For

Mechanical / Civil / Production / Industrial Engineering

✔ 2–5 years experience in QA/QC roles — preferably in heavy engineering, steel fabrication, construction or infrastructure sectors

✔ Knowledge of quality standards, inspection/testing methods and quality documentation

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills

✔ Good communication and coordination skills
