Quality Control Auditor

As a Quality Assurance Officer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the dispatch process meets all quality standards and procedures. This includes conducting regular audits, monitoring product quality, developing procedures, and investigating and resolving any issues that may arise. Your role will also involve reporting findings to management, providing training to staff, and collaborating with other teams to improve quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular audits of the dispatch process and related documentation - Monitor products for quality assurance before dispatch - Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols - Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions - Document audit findings and maintain accurate records - Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards - Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance protocols - Collaborate with the dispatch team and other departments to implement improvements - Coordinate inward and outward processes - Clear batches for dispatch - Inspect vehicles and ensure proper temperature control - Take corrective actions when necessary Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of Temperature Control, Vehicle Inspection, and Product Monitoring - Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to work in person at our Pune, Maharashtra location on a full-time basis Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund.
