Key Responsibilities:
● Listen to and evaluate recorded calls based on defined quality parameters.
● Assess process adherence, communication standards, and customer handling.
● Prepare daily/weekly quality audit reports and maintain data in Excel.
● Share feedback through structured mail communication to respective counsellors and
team leads.
● Support process orientation and provide actionable suggestions for improvement.
● Participate in calibration sessions to align evaluation standards.
● Coordinate with operations and training teams to drive consistent quality
performance.
