Quality Control Auditor

Responsibilities and duties

• Conduct audits: Perform regular audits of the dispatch process and related documentation to check for compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor and inspect: Inspect products for quality assurance before they are dispatched and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop procedures: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols for the dispatch team.
• Investigate and resolve issues: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis for defects, and work with the dispatch team to implement corrective actions.
• Report findings: Document audit findings, maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Ensure compliance: Ensure the dispatch process complies with all applicable regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Provide training: Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams: Collaborate with the dispatch team and other departments to ensure adherence to quality standards and to implement improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
