You will be working at Naadbramha Idli, the leading Idli franchise in India that is known for its authentic taste and quality food offerings. With over 300 outlets across the country, the company is expanding nationwide to bring South Indian flavors to every corner. As a Quality Control Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and ensure the quality of food products, maintain quality control standards, and conduct audits to guarantee compliance with regulatory and company standards. Your key responsibilities will include onboarding and supporting new franchisees by conducting assessments and examinations to ensure readiness and compliance with company standards. Additionally, you will be facilitating opening meetings for new franchise locations and providing essential information and support. You will also be executing regular quality control audits at various franchise locations, focusing on quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with FSSAI norms. It will be crucial for you to maintain detailed records and data post-audit to document all findings and address any issues effectively. Furthermore, you will provide comprehensive training to franchise owners and their staff during audits, covering all aspects of outlet management and operational excellence. Your role will also involve offering ongoing training on marketing strategies to enhance franchisee performance and customer engagement. Effective communication with franchisees and customers will be essential, as you will be responsible for gathering feedback, reviews, and suggestions for improvement and addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly. You will also provide operational support by training franchisees on software systems and resolving machinery-related concerns for efficient operations. Tracking franchisee complaints, requirements, and issues and ensuring accountability and follow-through will be part of your responsibilities. Supporting franchisees in enhancing their service quality and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions will also be crucial. Additionally, assisting franchisees in inventory management and storage strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste will be part of your role. To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills and expertise in quality control, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a meticulous approach to work. While experience in Mortgage Underwriting and Underwriting is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ability to work collaboratively with different teams and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field will be beneficial for this position.,
