Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient QA Analyst with a strong background in BIM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in quality assurance within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) domain, with hands-on exposure to international projects across the USA, UK, and Middle East. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and audits on BIM models across various disciplines (Architectural, Structural)
• Develop and implement QA/QC protocols for BIM deliverables in alignment with international standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192). 
• Collaborate with BIM Managers, Coordinators, and project teams to ensure model integrity and compliance. 
• Review clash detection reports and verify issue resolution using tools like Navisworks, Solibri, or BIM Collab. 
• Maintain documentation of QA processes, issue logs, and model review reports. 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions. 
• Ensure adherence to client-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project requirements. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 
• Minimum 4 years of QA experience in BIM projects. 
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other BIM tools. 
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and QA frameworks. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities. 
• Experience working on large-scale projects in the USA, UK, and Middle East. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BRE BIM Certification). 

Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (Dynamo, Python) for QA workflows.
