Role Overview: You will be conducting audits to ensure quality compliance within the account. Your role will involve providing a clear and crisp understanding of errors made by the reviewer. Key Responsibilities: - Freshers or candidates with 6 months of experience in any Quality Review process are required - Good working knowledge of computers, including MS-Office (Google sheets will be an added advantage) - Excellent client management skills with an eye for detailing, proactively identifying gaps in processes, and flagging them to internal leadership & clients as appropriate - Strong interpersonal & people management skills with a good problem-solving approach - Ability to exercise managerial judgment, act as a mentor, multitask effectively through delegation and monitoring, and work well under pressure - Client-oriented, flexible, patient, with excellent English written communication skills and good organizational skills - For experienced candidates: Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills, good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers, and demonstrated customer service skills Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: QAAS (Advisory Services) Company Details: Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO) is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions to address clients" most complex digital transformation needs.
