The role at Wipro entails acting as a liaison between the customer and the Wipro delivery team, with the objective of comprehending and analyzing customer requirements. It involves effectively articulating these requirements to the delivery teams to ensure the provision of appropriate solutions to the customer. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Requirements Gathering and Engagement: - Collaborate with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements. - Detail scope documents, functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring all customer needs are captured. - Engage with internal teams to design and formulate timely responses to RFP/RFIs. - Maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation. - Seek ongoing feedback to enhance and deliver better value to customers. 2. Engage with Delivery Team: - Provide customer feedback and inputs on proposed solutions to the delivery team. - Review test cases for coverage of customer requirements. - Conduct root cause analysis to understand proposed solutions. - Support QA team with periodic testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. - Ensure 100% utilization by studying system capabilities and business specifications. - Support Project Manager/Delivery Team in delivering solutions to customers. 3. Build Domain Expertise and Contribute to Knowledge Repository: - Share expertise and increase domain knowledge across the vertical. - Write whitepapers/research papers and share with the consulting community. - Identify and create use cases for business enhancements. - Conduct market research to provide latest inputs into projects. Performance Parameters: - Customer Engagement and Delivery Management: PCSAT, utilization % achievement, leads generated, error/gap analysis, feedback, deal solutioning timeline adherence. - Knowledge Management: Whitepapers/research papers, user stories, proposal documentation, reusable components.
