Location:

Role Description:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to ensure product quality.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of bugs and issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting new tools, processes, and approaches for quality assurance.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure quality is baked into every step of the development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks for scalable and efficient testing.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of QA/testing experience with strong expertise in manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience testing APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with mobile application testing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-related field of study.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
