Quality Assurance Tester

As a QA Tester, your role involves thoroughly testing software and applications to ensure they function correctly and meet user expectations. You will use various testing techniques, both manual and automated, to identify bugs, glitches, and other issues that could negatively impact the user experience. Your responsibilities will include developing test plans, designing test cases, and executing them to assess software quality. You will meticulously document the results of your testing, including details of any defects found, to facilitate troubleshooting and bug fixes. Additionally, you will work closely with developers to report defects, provide feedback on the product, and ensure the quality of the software throughout the development lifecycle. In case of technical problems related to software and applications, you will assist in diagnosing and resolving issues. You may also monitor system performance to identify bottlenecks and ensure the product can handle the intended workload. Furthermore, you may be responsible for setting up and managing automated testing environments to improve efficiency and consistency in testing.
