Key Responsibilities • Daily online QC monitoring of incoming materials, SFG, FG, and PDI • Ensure adherence to approved specifications, quality standards, and batch traceability • Develop, review, and maintain product specification sheets for raw materials, SFG, and finished goods • Develop, implement, and review SOPs for quality, production, hygiene, and sanitation • Maintain daily checklists for production, packing, warehouse, and hygiene areas • Monitor and maintain HACCP, GMP, and CGMP compliance and records • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance with: o FSSAI / FSSSC o Tea Board of India o FDA / USDA (as applicable) • Manage regulatory documentation, audits, certifications, and renewals • Control packaging and labeling compliance as per regulatory requirements • Provide technical support to production for quality improvement and process efficiency • Conduct GMP and hygiene training for workers and housekeeping staff, with proper training records • Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA • Ensure audit readiness and timely closure of non-conformities
Qualifications & Skills • Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology / Chemistry or related field • Strong knowledge of food safety systems and regulatory compliance • Experience in audit handling, documentation, and team training • Good communication, analytical, and leadership skills Preferred Experience • Tea / Beverage / Food manufacturing or export-oriented manufacturing units
