Job Description

Ensure NABL accreditation of the Refrigerator and Deep Freezer Laboratory in accordance with LSM IS/ISO 17025 standard requirements.
Ensure proper functionality of the Refrigerator/Deep Freezer Lab and take responsibility for the overall technical operations of the laboratory.
Conduct testing and validation of newly developed models and implement necessary improvements to meet performance and regulatory requirements.
Performing test plan reviews, resource allocation, and BIS/BEE standard implementation.
ILC of Refrigerator/Deep Freezer.
Ensure timely analysis of test data and prompt generation of accurate and reliable test reports to meet internal and external requirements.

Provide training to lab personnel on equipment operation, testing procedures, safety protocols, and continuous skill enhancement to ensure technical competence
