Job Objectives

• Zero Safety Incident in the department.
• Ensure high-quality reproducible result generated.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that lab resources, personnel and equipment are used efficiently.
• Transparent Management Information System for Business Decision.
• Understand regulatory compliance & deal with audits by PCB, MoEF , ISO, OHSAS etc.
• Perform Audit for complete Lab operations.
• Verify the SOP's, QC performances, scheduled QC activities.
• Interdepartmental Coordination for smooth operations of the site
• Verify and endorse the Results before submitting to the Concerned departments

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Statistical Analysis of Data and Result Interpretation.
• Timely audits & regulatory compliance
• Implementation of scheduled calibrations & AMCs
• Periodic review of SOPs & Work instructions
• Innovations & new developments
• Time bound result submission
• Communication with internal & external stake holders
