• Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough inspections of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify defects or deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Utilize data recording systems to document quality findings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with inspection protocols.
• Communicate any quality issues to relevant departments and management, providing proactive suggestions for improvement.
• Perform regular audits of processes and procedures to ensure ongoing adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality control and assurance.
• Ensure that all equipment used in quality inspections is properly calibrated and maintained according to safety standards.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on quality assurance methodologies and protocols.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with regulatory safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Excellent inspection skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with teams and reporting purposes.
• Proficient in using data recording systems to log inspection results and maintain documentation accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment at Kucharam, Telangana, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality compliance by conducting systematic inspections and tests at various stages of production.
• Identify and document any product or process defects for further analysis and rectification.
• Implement corrective actions for detected non-conformances to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain updated records of all quality checks, reports, and audits conducted.
• Contribute effectively to quality assurance meetings and workshops aimed at process optimization.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by providing insights and feedback on quality performance metrics.
• Assist in developing and refining inspection procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Engage in regular training to stay updated with the latest quality assurance techniques and technologies.
