Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, located in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. Daily tasks include managing QA processes, performing routine inspections, developing and implementing quality management systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues. The role also involves conducting audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and training team members on quality objectives and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance and audit processes
• Proficiency in developing and implementing quality management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ankleshwar
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
