DESIGNATION : Quality Assurance Manager

EXPERIENCE : 15-18 Years

LOCATION : Kashipur (Uttarakhand)

QUALIFICATION : Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Food Technology

• (Preference will be given from Vegetable/Fruits dehydrated Manufacturing sector)

REMUNERATION : As per Industry Norms

Work Responsibilities:-

1. Internal & External Quality Complaints Management:-

o Lead the resolution of internal and external quality complaints, ensuring timely investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

o Develop and maintain a structured complaint handling system to track, analyze, and mitigate recurring quality issues.

2. Risk Assessment & Compliance:-

o Conduct RM & PM risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

o Regularly review and update HACCP plans in alignment with evolving industry standards.

o Develop, implement, and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, and Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure compliance with FSSAI requirements.

3. Audits, Inspections & Quality Checks:-

o Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with regulatory and food safety standards.

o Perform routine quality checks across production processes, materials, and finished products to identify and rectify deviations.

o FSSAI audits, FSSC, Army Inspection & visits, various hygiene Audits etc.

4. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:-

· Strong understanding of FSSAI regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and supplier quality management.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

· Good in Computer Skills (MS-Office , E Mail, Presentation etc)

· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

· Highly confident, self- starter, independent and positive attitude.

· High analytical and mathematical abilities.

· Good verbal and non-verbal skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
