Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in Hyderabad. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, ensuring that all diagnostic tests adhere to regulatory standards, and implementing quality control measures. Duties include conducting audits, managing documentation, coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance, and leading corrective actions on quality issues. Additionally, the role involves continuous improvement of the QA processes to maintain high standards of diagnostic accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Auditing
• Knowledge of Laboratory Standards, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs
• Skills in Process Improvement, Documentation, and Corrective Action Implementation
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Clinical Laboratory Science
