Job Description

Fairfest Media Limited, the organizer of OTM, TTF, Municipalika, and BLTM, is an established leader in events in India, with clients from over 60 countries.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Intern to join our small but ambitious event-tech product team, building world-class solutions. You’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile platforms through systematic testing, issue tracking, and collaboration with developers and product leads.

What You’ll Do

Design and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
Identify, document, and report bugs in collaboration with the dev team
Perform regression, exploratory, usability, and cross-browser testing
Test APIs using tools like Postman
Participate in Agile/Scrum workflows including sprint planning and retrospectives
Contribute to QA documentation and test process improvements

What We’re Looking For

A strong interest in software testing and quality assurance
Familiarity with basic QA concepts (manual testing, bug reporting, test cases)
Understanding of how web and mobile apps function
Logical thinking and a keen eye for detail
Basic knowledge of APIs and tools like Postman is a plus
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Bonus: Exposure to any bug tracking tools like JIRA or Trello
