Quality Assurance Intern

You will be working as a QA Engineer Intern at Samta Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where you will be responsible for testing activities across different projects. Your main focus will be to ensure the effective and efficient application of test processes and tools using techniques such as White box, Grey Box, Black box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail, and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Own the QA automation frameworks including Pipeline strategy, cucumber, and set the standard for automation pipelines and processes. - Support developers (programmers, designers, artists) during every step of product development by defining, improving, and implementing test processes and tools. - Have a strong understanding of QA responsibilities and know where to find correct information to make the right decisions. - Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and produce detailed bug reports. - Provide continuous review and recommendations for process improvement related to status reporting/dash-boarding and QA. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any major, especially STEM - 6 months of internship experience - Experience in API automation and Performance testing - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Proficiency in techniques such as White box, Grey Box, Black box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail, and automation - Ability to evaluate various QA automation tools and implement automated testing solutions for different use cases - Learning the requirements and their clarification with the customer - Writing test documentation About Company: Samta Infotech Pvt.
