As a QA Engineer Intern at Samta Infotech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for testing activities across various projects. Your role will involve ensuring the effective and efficient application of test processes and tools using techniques such as White box, Grey Box, Black box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail, and automation. You will take ownership of the QA automation frameworks, including Pipeline strategy and cucumber, to set the standard for automation pipelines and processes. Your contribution will involve supporting developers (programmers, designers, artists) throughout the product development cycle by defining, improving, and implementing test processes and tools. Additionally, you must possess a strong understanding of all QA responsibilities and know where to seek correct information to make informed decisions. Your key responsibilities will include creating and maintaining test cases and test plans, as well as producing detailed bug reports. You will provide continuous reviews and recommendations for the enhancement of processes related to status reporting, dash-boarding, and QA. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in any major, especially STEM, and have at least 6 months of internship experience. Technical skills required for this role include experience in API automation and Performance testing, a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and proficiency in techniques such as White box, Grey Box, Black box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail, and automation. You should be able to evaluate various QA automation tools and implement automated testing solutions for different use cases, as well as learn requirements and clarify them with the customer. Writing test documentation is also a key aspect of this role. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as problem-solving capability, adaptability, curiosity, integrity, and trustworthiness with confidential data are highly valued. This is a full-time internship opportunity with benefits like a flexible schedule and health insurance. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, and the expected start date is 05/06/2025.
